The Siddhi School is offering live five days together of teacher mentoring, practice teaching, peak poses breakdowns, wall work, and deeper functional range conditioning practices.

In addition, this week is available to existing teachers who have and have not studied with Gianna before and are interested in furthering their practice of teaching and practicing.

This course is not recommended for non-teachers but you are welcome to drop in for the asana portion if you are a practitioner.

Drop in asana class is $35

Drop in day rates are $150

Full 5 days is $650.

Tuesday - Friday, December 5 - December 8

9 am- 10:30 asana practice with gianna drop in $35

11-1 wall work, additional peak poses, posture break down, posture preparation, FRC

2-5 pm class planning, peak pose preps teach-outs

Saturday, December 9

9 am - 11am bikram workshop

12:30 pm - 3 wall work, additional peak poses, posture break down, posture preparation, FRC

3:30 - 5 pm class planning, peak pose preps teach-outs

Sunday, December 10

9 am - 11 am inversions and arm balance workshop

12 pm - 3 pm 3 wall work, FRC, additional peak poses, posture breaks down, posture preparation peak pose group project of preparations, and peak pose teach and feedback.

Exchange:

$650 for 6 days
