We will train your spine to healthfully move into more evolved positions over the course of 4 days. Training wheel variations, backbend transitions, chin stands, backbends with split variations, and general flexibility, these practices will give you a collection of training techniques to elevate your backbend practice.
Each day we will meet for 60 minutes for a warm up, core training practices, and a cool down. We will use blocks, straps, walls, and elastic bands!
