The 200-hour module of the complete 500-hour Maha Hatha program, the Siddhi School of Yoga has constructed this set of hatha practices to take the yogi through asana, pranayama, and meditation work and find ultimate liberation through mind-and-body connection. Practiced hot or not, this course consists of traditional northern India hatha and Ghosh lineage postures, accomplished by anatomically aware progressions, and asana training techniques. Throughout the teacher training process, students are taken through sadhana development, postural geometry, practical anatomy, yoga and tantric philosophy, teaching methodology, and ethics of teaching. Through daily breath work and meditation practice, trainees are given the techniques necessary to transition from a yoga student into a yoga teacher.

This 12-day course is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance training, meant for all interested in furthering their studies of the greater yoga practices.

Tuition: $3000 / $2800 Early bird (due November 1, 2018)

Sample Schedule:

• 7am: Morning Pranayama

• 7:30am-8:30: 60 minute asana practice

• 11-2pm: asana breakdown and practice teach, teaching concepts, ethics, philosophy, anatomy

• 3:30 – 5pm: Asana practice

• 7:30-9pm: asana breakdown and practice teach, teaching concepts, ethics, philosophy, anatomy, and closing meditation

Drop In evening asana classes are available for those hoping to just practice some yoga with us! These classes are not included in your class package.
