Level 2 Progressive Class Teacher Training

Following an original hot yoga 26&2 style of sequencing, this dynamic system is used to take bikram students beyond their traditional studies, offer yoga students the skills necessary to practice more challenging postures, and spike the curiosity of new students. Incorporating training techniques, third sets, and advanced postures, this class leaves students challenged, informed, and asking for more.

Over the course of 40 hours, teacher trainees study and practice intense asana geometry, advanced teaching techniques and methodology, and psychic development techniques.

This module is for existing hot yoga teachers and those who have already completed their 200 hour teacher training process.
