This 200-hour 12-day intensive training is a comprehensive explorations of hatha yoga asana, teaching studies and sadhana development.Trainees are guided through a spiritual growth process, teaching methodology and ethics, deep asana study and practice, and various meditation and pranic building techniques to create a dynamic yoga teacher and advanced yoga student. Throughout the course you will become versed in posture from the Classic 84 Hatha Yoga asanas, classical pranayama work and asana training techniques to deliver a hot or not Comprehensive Yoga Class. 

Upon completion, trainees will receive a certificate of completion and able to register with the Yoga Alliance at the RYT-200 Level.
