Join me in Malmo, Sweden for a Rocket Practice Intensive!

This four day intensive invites all leveled Ashtanga/Vinyasa or Rocket Yoga practicioner and teacher to gather for practice. We will workshop different practice techniques, sequence play, and asana theory, practice in the morning and evening, and have plenty of time to bring the play of Larry Schults and the rigor of Ashtanga yoga into union as one jam packed weekend.
