Join me in Nashville, TN for a Four Day Intensive!

This four day intensive invites all leveled Ashtanga/Vinyasa and Hot Hatha practicioners and teachers to gather for practice. We will workshop different practice techniques, sequence play, and asana theory, practice in the morning and evening, and have plenty of time to bring the play of vinyasa and the holistic balance of hatha to a communal place in one jam packed weekend.
