Gianna Purcell, 2013 USA Yoga Champion, will present a Bikram Yoga Posture Clinic. This is a question and answer workshop following her teaching of the 26 & 2 at 8:30am. She will give guidance and project a clear understanding of the postures and breathing exercises. Diagrams maybe used for alignment purposes. Definitely a class for all hot yoga enthusiasts!
