End of life care for those needing assistance during any transition in life.

Gianna’s work in end of life care takes people through the steps necessary to change their own relationships with death and/or make the process of dying a beautiful part of life.

You will be assisted through bringing attention to the different realms of existence with yourself or your loved one in order to add a sense of readiness to this transformational time.

Working primarily with neurological conditions like Huntington’s, ALS, and Parkinsons, Gianna works with the patients of and the families living with these conditions and conditions like it. She coaches you through difficult conversations that need to be had, through necessary obstacles that need to be taken care of, and offers care and love while transitioning from one phase of reality to another.

There are a number of ways to work with Gianna. Due to travels, she is currently only available online via phone and zoom. You are welcome to be specific with your needs to negotiate plans, goals, and payments.
